Cancellation & Changes Policy

At BlackRide, we understand that cancellations and modifications can sometimes be necessary.

Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience. Thank You!

1. Sedan & SUV Bookings
Cancellation Fee: $20 per booking (non-refundable).
Timing: Applies on all cancellations, even if made 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
Refunds: Remaining balance will be issued as a credit back to the original card.

2. Sprinter Van Bookings
Cancellation Fee: $30 per booking (non-refundable).
Timing: Applies on all cancellations, even if made 24 hours before the trip.
Refunds: Remaining balance will be issued as a credit back to the original card.

3. Limo Sprinters, Executive Vans & Minibuses
Cancellation Notice: Minimum 7 days (168 hours) before pickup.
Cancellation Fee: $40 per vehicle (non-refundable) if canceled less than 7 days prior.

4. Motor Coaches & Party Buses
Cancellation Notice: Minimum 14 days (up to 30 days) before pickup.
Cancellation Fee: $70 per vehicle (non-refundable) if canceled with less notice.

5. International Transfers
Cancellation Notice: Minimum 72 hours before pickup (or as specified in your confirmation).
Cancellation Fee: Applies as outlined above, plus any additional local requirements.

6. Special Conditions
Local Variations: Cancellation windows may adjust due to weather, events, vehicle type, or market area.
Last-Minute Time Changes:

Changes requested with less than the required notice will incur a full charge for the original trip plus applicable charges for the new time.
Example: At 9:30 AM, changing a 10:30 AM pickup to 1:00 PM will result in full charges for both bookings.

7. Processing Fee
If your card has already been charged, we will deduct a 4% processing fee (non-refundable) to cover the costs we incur from our payment processor.
