We place a high value on providing our clients with a stress-free travel experience. Therefore, once your flight lands, we offer a generous complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes. This waiting time begins from the actual landing time of your flight, allowing you ample time to complete immigration, collect your luggage, and proceed to the designated meeting point. We understand that international travel can involve longer processing times, so we aim to be flexible and accommodating. In case you encounter unexpected delays, it’s advisable to contact our customer service or your driver directly to inform them of the situation and provide an estimated arrival time. Additional waiting time beyond the initial 60 minutes may be subject to additional charges, but we always strive to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for our passengers. However, if you anticipate needing longer, please let us know in advance, and we can make arrangements.

Domestic Airport Arrivals: 30 minutes free waiting time
International Airport Arrivals: 60 minutes free waiting time
Pickups from a Physical Address: 15 minutes free waiting time
Cruise Port Pick Ups: 30 minutes free waiting time
After the complimentary waiting period, additional charges will apply. You may request information about potential wait time charges for each vehicle in advance or contact us at the time of the service at +1 (305)-414-1111. After the grace period of waiting, BlackRide is allowed to release the driver if we are not able to reach the customer.
Cancellations & Changes
All bookings are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip in order to avoid forfeiture.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable. No-shows will also be charged the full amount.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs. This fee is different for each vehicle:
Every Sedan and SUV booking has $20 cancellation fee (Non-Refundable).
Every Sprinter Van booking has $30 cancellation fee (Non-Refundable).
Every Limo Sprinter, Executive Sprinter, Party Bus, Mini Bus, and Motor-Coach Bus booking has $70 cancellation fee (Non-Refundable).
By booking with us, you agree to these cancellation fees for early cancellations.
BlackRide understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable.
Hello, your driver will text you about an hour before your scheduled pickup time. Once you’re about to disembark, please send them a quick text. When you reach the passenger pickup area outside the terminal, text or call your driver again, and they will pull up to the curb to meet you. If for any reason you can’t locate your driver, please contact us immediately at +1 (305)-414-1111.
Yes, we can make additional stops upon request (Upon Request-Extra Charge Apply), but these should be specified at the time of booking to ensure your trip is scheduled accurately, we do accept last minute requests for stop only if its approved by our dispatch team, you need to contact us at +1 (305)-414-1111.
Yes, changes can be made to your reservation at least 24-hours in advance, by calling our office or over the email. Any last minute changes 24-hours before the trip must be approved by our dispatch team.
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. This includes all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We also accept digital payments like Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. If you have an account with us, we also offer the option to directly bill the card on file for seamless transactions. Please note: we do not accept cash payments for pre-booked journeys to ensure secure and traceable transactions for both parties.
